Pulled the old card didn't go through, And i was Foolish enough to give them anot her card for payment. Both cards were charged. I gave them proof that both charges hit my accounts, but they still haven't issued a credit. Be aware you use them

Kendall was great. Was my first time going to this one. Had to change locations since the one at the Palladium has a high turnover. I will be going back to this one more often to see Kendall

DO NOT get your beard trimmed here. Go to a real barber. I had a full beard and stopped to get the hair trimmed off my lip and my lines cleaned up. She took the length of my mustache down to a two week growth. It was all messed up. They do not listen and rush. She said she was sorry. Got in the car and it looked worse than I thought. Went back in and someone else tried to make it look better. All the manager said was sorry and that I would get a free beard trim the next time. Really? There will be no next time. Six months of getting my beard to a point of where I wanted it is gone. I had to start over because of them. So, men with full beards beware!
